2. About Our Service
The Site is operated by Shenzhen LumiDrive Technology Co., Ltd. and provides product information and online sales for our electric mobility vehicles (Electric Beach Bike, Mobility Scooter, and Camping Bike). Prices, specifications, and stock availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Purchases and Payment
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. After submitting an order you will receive an email confirmation. Payments are processed securely via Stripe and support major credit and debit cards. To cancel an order, please contact us before shipment; post-shipment cancellations are handled under our returns policy.
4. Shipping and Returns
We offer free shipping within mainland China. Delivery times are subject to logistics carrier schedules. You may request a return within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. For quality-related issues, please refer to our warranty terms or contact service@lumidrivetech.com.
5. User Obligations
You agree to: provide accurate and truthful registration and purchase information; not harm the Site, our company, or other users; not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or infringing activities; keep your account credentials secure and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: service interruptions due to force majeure; losses arising from users' own actions; or the content and security of third-party links or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to a competent people's court in Shenzhen.
